Every project brings its own challenges. Paces Properties, LLC engaged NOVA to address TCE groundwater contamination at this former industrial site, Larkin on Memorial Drive. A turn-key solution from REGENESIS and Land Science effectively addressed the contamination and was executed under tight time constraints, allowing for speedy redevelopment of the property, while keeping future tenants safe.
