The Charlotte County Justice Center (CCJC) consists of a 5 story and 3 story building encompassing 200,000 square feet. Constructed in the late 1990’s, the building has experienced moisture intrusion during hurricanes, tropical storms and heavy rains. The county needed to gain an understanding of why the building envelope leaks were occurring along with types of remediation procedures and costs of what it will take to correct the problems.
