This project consists of the construction of a 123,000-sf manufacturing/office facility. The building is a metal framed structure with pre-cast panels and a glass storefront exterior. The structure is supported on a system of shallow foundations with slab on grade. The structure will also include an approximately 70,000 square-foot second floor/mezzanine that will consist of a concrete slab on a composite deck. NOVA provided Environmental and Geotechnical services during the initial site selection. Throughout construction, our team provided construction materials testing and inspections for site grading, utility installation, foundation construction, reinforced concrete, structural steel erection, and masonry construction.
