LPL Financial is comprised of 2 new 6-story steel framed buildings, 300,000-sf and 150,000-sf, and a 6-story precast parking deck. The parking deck is a pre-cast structure with two stories underground. All three of the buildings are supported on a system of shallow foundations supported by rammed aggregate piers.
