NOVA participated in Wake Technical Community College’s apprenticeship hiring event for Construction Materials Testing (CMT) candidates at the North Campus on November 8, 2022. According to Steve Bryant, PE, NOVA’s Regional Manager for the Carolinas, “Skilled workers are the key to our success; therefore NOVA was grateful to have this opportunity to interview some excellent candidates interested in joining our industry.” The apprenticeship program involves a combination of working and learning that benefits both the apprentice and the employer. NOVA is happy to participate in this program as it helps fill our critical hiring needs for skilled workers. Building futures is what this joint effort is all about.
