NOVA is appreciative of the recent opportunity we had to share our passion for what we do with our colleagues at BDR Partners. Important topics revolving around building sciences and understanding the building envelope were discussed. NOVA considers the building envelope to be all perimeter aspects of the building which include; the roof, exterior walls, windows, doors, and subgrade waterproofing. NOVA is proficient in the production and/or review of the roof and building envelope-related plans, specifications, and system submittals; in the performance of roof and envelope inspections of new or existing buildings; and in envelope remediation design including full roof design.

We’d like to thank BDR Partners for inviting us to discuss the importance of understanding building sciences and the building envelope. We also are grateful to the NOVA team consisting of Lisa Dahlquist, Jim Keeney, Usenmfon Udo, and Michael McKenzie for your time and efforts in making this day such a success. Many valuable conversations and experiences were shared during this event.
