Let’s raise our hard hats and give a toast to two of our geotechnical engineers out of Greenville, SC – Greg Maris, PE and Jordan Titus, PE!
Greg Maris, PE was honored with the prestigious Young Engineer of the Year Award. This accolade, presented by the South Carolina Society of Professional Engineers (SCSPE) – Piedmont Chapter, is the highest award given to an individual by the society. It is given to an engineer who has made outstanding contributions to his or her profession, public welfare and/or mankind. Securing this award also qualifies Greg as a contender for the state-level recognition! His dedication, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence has not only made him stand out but has also inspired us all here at NOVA.
We are also thrilled to announce that Jordan Titus, PE has been honored with the prestigious Past President Award from the South Carolina Society of Professional Engineers – Piedmont Chapter. Jordan served on the board from 2019 – 2024 and as president of the chapter in 2023. This esteemed recognition highlights his outstanding contributions, leadership, and dedication to the field of engineering. Jordan serves at the Geotechnical Engineering Business Unit Manager based in NOVA’s Greenville, South Carolina Office.
