We are excited to introduce our newest team member, Hardi Patel, who is joining our Human Resources Department. Hardi will be based in our Kennesaw, Georgia office as Talent Acquisition Manager.
Hardi brings over 17 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment, as well as the staffing industry. He has successfully placed entry level to executive level management talent across a broad range of disciplines including engineering, manufacturing, technology, research and development, and supply chain. Hardi is an enthusiastic team leader and his ‘can-do’ attitude is certainly welcomed by the NOVA family.
Hardi is currently attending the Forbes School of Business and Technology at Arizona University, where he is majoring in Human Resources Management. His education, combined with his extensive experience serving in previous roles as talent acquisition manager, senior technical recruiter, and account manager will be a tremendous asset to NOVA’s continued growth.
During his personal time, Hardi enjoys spending time with his children, hiking, building Lego sets, drawing, as well as playing and/watching sports. He also stays on the move while training the newest addition to his family, an 8-week-old Morkie Poo puppy. Hardi is a huge movie buff (Team Marvel!) and enjoys a great laugh while watching Seinfeld and The Office. You can also find Hardi in the kitchen, as he loves to learn and experiment with new culinary skills.
