At NOVA, we like to inspire our staff to grow and expand their knowledge base. We offer a company wide training incentive program to encourage this activity. Basically, every verified 10 hours of clip video, Red Vector self-study, or other approved continuing education equals $100 to the employee. Our most recent star student is Tyler Sommer, Tallahassee office! He just earned $500 for 50 hours of Red Vector courses!
