Project: Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – North Druid Hills Campus in Brookhaven

Client: Winstead/DaVinci Development Collaborative, LLC

The 70-acre Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Campus at North Druid Hills will feature Arthur M. Blank Hospital and attached clinic building, the Center for Advanced Pediatrics, a Support Center, and more than 20 acres of greenspace. The campus also includes three staff and public parking decks, a central unit plant, pedestrian and vehicular bridges crossing creeks, paved surface parking lots, underground stormwater detention structures, and more than 3 miles of sidewalks. Construction completion is estimated at 2025.
