The MSC Corporate Headquarters is a new 6 story, approximately 180,000 square foot, office building constructed in Davidson, North Carolina. The pile supported structure is steel framed with precast panel exterior panels.

Services Provided: Geotechnical, and Environmental Engineering services during the design process and is currently providing Materials Testing, Building Envelope and Roof Installation observations and testing of the TPO system (Visual Roof Observations, Wind Up-lift Testing, AAMA Water Testing, and Window Installation Observations), and Special Inspections services during the construction of the structure, associated utilities, drives, parking and retaining walls.
