Client: MSC Industrial Direct Company, Inc.

The project site is approximately 71 acres. The project consisted of a single-story office/ warehouse type building approximately 468,100 square feet in footprint, including 444,750 square feet of warehouse and 23,350 square feet of office space. The building has a structural steel frame supported on shallow foundations. The exterior shell primarily consists of pre-finished insulated metal wall panels and split-faced block.
