Client: Commerce Construction

The project site is approximately 99 acres. The project consisted of a single-story office/ warehouse type building approximately 1,000,000 square feet in footprint, including 880,000 square feet of warehouse and 20,000 square feet of office space.  The building has a tilt-up concrete wall system on a monolithic slab on grade supported on shallow foundations.

Services Provided: Geotechnical Engineering and Environmental Consulting services during the design process and provided CMT and Special Inspections services during the construction of the structure and associated utilities, drives, parking and retaining walls. Site work included backfill for site utilities, mass grading, modular walls, graded aggregate base and asphalt testing.
