The leadership of NOVA Engineering & Environmental is highly committed to the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, and the general public. Our President, Mr. Bob Hughes, Corporate Vice President of Safety, Jonathan Caylor, and our entire Executive Team, as well as the leadership in each of our Branch Offices, continuously strive to create a culture where each individual possesses a passion and a visible commitment to working safely. Safety is a personal responsibility given to each of us at the start of each day; it is the cornerstone of our Core Values and, without fail, is our highest priority.

Our Safety Team, working tirelessly with Branch Leadership and Managers, is continuously making changes and improvements to our safety platform that significantly improve the overall safety of those involved in the work we do here at NOVA every day.

NOVA has established safety programs for every high-risk task we perform, which include advanced training, top-of-the-line equipment, standardized processes, and protective equipment, stop-work responsibility, and processes specifically designed to protect the General Public. Our team’s dedication has resulted in a track record of excellent workplace safety, which is necessary given the type of high-risk work conducted daily across the United States by our professional staff.
